1. Booking & Reservations  

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.  

2. Check-In & Check-Out  

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.  

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy  

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.  

4. Guest Conduct  

• Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other visitors.
• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.
• Illegal activities and misconduct may result in immediate eviction without a refund.  

5. Payment & Pricing  

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• All taxes and service charges are included unless stated otherwise.  

6. Hotel Policies  

• Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the premises.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.  

7. Use of Website  

• Our website content, including text, images, and booking system, is the property of House of Amer and may not be copied or misused.
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or data scraping is strictly prohibited.  

8. Liability Disclaimer  

• House of Amer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests using hotel services, including cycling tours, heritage walks, and safaris, do so at their own risk.  

9. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
